I made my way to the Falling Rock Tap House for the first time last night. It’s Denver’s equivalent to Sunset Grill - with about 75 beers on tap and a huge selection of bottles. I had a pint of Pliny the Elder, which was great… but not quite all that I’d expected given the incredible reviews on BeerAdvocate. I think I’m becoming less of a hop head!
