That kid that talks too much in your class. The thing is like, because they talk all of the time, they are bound to say something right, and so the teacher will affirm their statement, which gives them the incentive to keep on talking. They are obsessed with the sound of their own voice. Suddenly, it seems okay to take your shoe off and just see how accurate your aim is from across the room.
